| Rapid development of economy has been achieved by China from the21st century, but determined by China’s energy structure, economic development has maintained a high demand for coal, so coal mine production safety has been an issue of common concern to the government and enterprises. At present, China’s coal mine production safety situation is still grim, serious accidents have not yet been completely eliminate, and coal production in the country is still a high risk industry. Analyzing the deep contradictions impacting Coal Mine Safety Production deep, we will find that multiple problems can be attributed to risk management. Therefore, the coal enterprises have urgent practical needs to achieve scientific and effective risk management.Summarized research on mine risk management, this paper found that coal enterprise risk management mode is a systematic program guide to enterprises to develop guidance of mine risk management. However, research and academic practice in this area is still not mature enough---there is not a risk management mode that can universally applicable to coal enterprises. Therefore, this topic did improving research on China’s coal mine enterprise risk management mode, and to solve the existing problems of risk management mode in the practical application systematically, and to generate a common risk management mode applicable to coal mine enterprises.The author, based on the meticulous research on risk management theory and method, has conduct a study on coal mine risk management modes in China, with analysis focuses on drawbacks and their reasons of the existing modes. Aiming at these drawbacks, the paper made an improving research on the risk management mode, focusing on the design of risk management object system, optimization of work procedure, reconfiguration of organization and obligation, construction of communication and correspondence system, design of progress control system and design of methods and tools. Finally, the author applied the improved mode to risk management practical work in XuanDong coal mine to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the achievement in this paper. |
