| There are many micro-organisms in everyday life of our humans, for in stance of the human body,which have thousands of micro-organisms in the body surface per square centimeter.There are many pathogenic bacteria in this micro-organisms,which can cause body lesions,and dissemination through textiles;Some other micro-organisms can corrosion textiles,change the morphological appearance and shorten the life of textiles.By the improve of human life levels,the further requirements of human living standards has been propose,antibacterial and water-repellent finish have great development and application space whether in daily life or industrial areas.Chitosan is an new natural antibacterial agent right now,for the reason of good biocompatibility,non-toxic to humans,and has a broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties,it has become the most widely used natural antibacterial agent. Silver is a highly efficient inorganic antibacterial agent,and has great security of all other inorganic antibacterial agent.Chitosan and silver has been the main ingredient of antimicrobial agents in this article,which to take the purpose of complementary adventage.Based on orthogonal experimental design method,the research optimal experimental process have been taken by silver nitrate dosage,chitosan,pH,temperature,time and the interaction effect to the silver nitrate and Chitosan.The process can be obtained that the optimal experimental of antibacterial agent:silver nitrate1.1g, chitosan dosage0.8g,pH=2,50℃,1.5h.S-4800Scanning electron microscopy has been used in the research which the fiber has been observed by SEM and EDS;the analyzed of SEM can found that the cotton fiber surface which unprocessed was more smooth than the processed one.C,O,Ag have been found in the fiber surface by EDS,which C,O were the main components of cotton fibers,on the other hand,Ag has been provided by the antibacterial agent.The cotton fabric has been finished by twice pad method in this research,the effects of two finishing process for each performance has been discussed.The sequence of finishing of antibacterial and water repellent have little effect with the water repellent;but the one after the first water repellent antibacterial the have better antibacterial effect than the one after the first antibacterial water repellent. Speculation with this research,the antibacterial layer been covered by water repellent layer,which the active ingredient unable and inhibition.Low temperature plasma modification treatment to cotton fabric have been taken, cotton fabrics with different inch/stich density and linear density have been researched in this article which to analysis the finishing and wearability performances. Low temperature plasma modification treatment can make the fabric surface more rough,the increase of the specific surface area,which make the fabric attachment agent more easier than before.The research found that after finishing performance can improved by low temperature plasma modification treatment.The after finishing performances also have some affect with the wearability performances of fabrics.Fabric stiffness and crease recovery have increased by the research,but on the other hand,air conductivity and breaking strength have declined.The whole wearability performance have increased by the same time.The composite of antibacterial and water repellent agent can increase the antibacterial and water repellent ability largely and have little affect with wearability performance,the after finishing fabrics which widely used in medical and health supplies, wards, operating rooms and other medical sites,this also have broad application prospects in normal clothing and textiles publics. |
