This thesis discusses a monitoring data management and analysis system in hydro-environment of Yangtze River Delta. This system is an important part of long-term environment management strategy for this area, and it supports monitoring the water environment real time status and changes by using advanced information technology.Firstly, the thesis presents a detailed analysis and use cases modeling in the remote monitoring function of equipments, the detection spots’data monitoring function and the overall data analysis function of the equipments. It also discusses the outlines design and detailed design of the system, established the system structure, database scenario and man functions’internal processing flows. In program implementation part, it discusses a few typical programs and samples in such systems. This system has flexible extendable ability, which can meet the requirement of ongoing improved data analysis methods and upgraded or extended modules. At monitoring stations’level, the system has the ability to varied equipments, and uses standard interfaces and protocols. It also is a user-friendly system, which can conduct detailed operations according to monitoring task oriented and data analysis oriented principles, and provides system-level tasks’information and directly-showed analysis results to environment engineers. The report charts created by the system also meet the national environment standards.The system has already passed development test and trail run inspection. It can meet functional requirements, the performance also meet national environment data processing routines and standards.
