With the development of petroleum and natural gas industry, customers are responding to growing demand for oil pipes. But there is a problem need to be faced is that the welding quality is hard to be guaranteed during the junction of pipes, if not it will cause an oil spill. Once an oil spill cause, it is not only hard to check and repair, but also will cause the waste of power source and the pollution of environment. So when the pipe nominal thickness is greater than or equal to3millimeters, the end face of pipes should be beveled before welding according to the national standards. Beveling machine is a kind of special equipment for metal pipe slope-mouth manufacturing, and it has advantages of simple operation and high efficiency. Generally speaking, it is20times more productive than lathe.Since small-calibre tee tubes beveling machine with low efficiency, low degree of automation, low quality, loading and unloading of manual operation and high intensity of labor both at home and abroad, it designs a new combined and automated one to solve these problems. It not only can process three end of tee tubes at the same time, but also has automatic feeding and clamping device. And it also can reach the demand of fixture splayed and finished products drawn off without interrupting operation automatically after processing. Except that, it designs a new kind of power head, it can greatly meet the demand of low cost and the need of widespread use. Finally, the project chooses SolidWorks software to modeling every part, and assembles them together based on the virtual design system. And then the column of a horizontal processing center is analyzed by using static analysis and modal analysis method, so that it has more reasonable structure.All in all, it not only meets the requirement of high quality beveling, but also has advantages of simple operation, stable performance and high degree of automation to some degree.
