Stainless steel pipe has many advantages such as high strength,good corrosion resistance,strong impact resistance,etc.It is widely used in various fields of life.With the continuous improvement of automation,the quality of stainless steel pipe cutting is higher and higher..However,due to China's national conditions,there are still many deficiencies in the cutting method of thin-walled pipes,which seriously restricts the industrial development in China.Therefore,in recent years for high-precision,high automation,high cutting quality,high cutting efficiency of pipe cutter research become the important and difficult research related disciplines,and it is also the inevitable trend for the further development of Chinese industry.The purpose of this paper is to design a high degree of automation,compact structure,high cutting precision cutting machine to bring more economic benefit and social benefit for the enterprise.The paper comprehensively analyzes the research of thin-walled stainless steel pipe cutting machine at home and abroad,and draws lessons from the advanced structural design of foreign related pipe cutting machines.At the same time,it compares and studies the characteristics of easy-deformation and difficult-cutting of thin-walled stainless steel pipe.Taking the thin-walled stainless steel tube with a diameter of ?100mm to ?150mm and a wall thickness of 1.0mm to 1.5mm as the design object,and based on the structure of the existing planetary tube cutting machine,a planetary-type double blade symmetrical eccentric installation was proposed.The cutting method can not only realize the main movement and feed movement of the tool itself,but also can reduce the deformation of the thin-walled stainless steel tube in the cutting process and improve the quality of the cutting surface.In this paper,the overall the cutting characteristics of the intermittent thin-walled stainless steel tube cutter in the cutting process are analyzed,and the cutting force in the cutting process is calculated.Secondly,cutting scheme of intermittent thin-walled stainless steel pipe cutter is designed,and the corresponding standard parts were selected.Finally,the finite element of the intermittent thin-walled stainless steel pipe cutting machine Analysis confirmed the reliability of its strength and stiffness.In the design process of intermittent thin-walled stainless steel pipe cutting machine,using the method of combining the theoretical analysis and computer simulation,verify the feasibility of the design,completed the scheme determination,theoretical analysis and structure design tasks,such as the rationality of the structure is verified.The first is that the planetary-type double blade symmetrical eccentric installation intermittent cutting method can reduce the thin-walled stainless steel pipe cutting deformation,improve the cutting accuracy.Secondly,the cutter of the intermittent thin-walled stainless steel pipe cutter is mounted on the planetary gear,and the rotation is completed at the same time,so only need a main motor to be able to drive the two tools to rotate,through the mechanical structure to reduce the use of the motor,improve the efficiency of the motor,reduce the manufacturing cost of the equipment.Finally,the main components of the intermittent cutter are analyzed using SolidWorks 3d software and ANSYS finite element analysis software and rationality of the structure is verified through ANSYS software so that improve the service life of the pipe cutter.
