Along with the country’s economic rapid development, hot steel plates of high-powered and high-value consumption rapidly increased, the requirement to hot steel rolling AGC technology is increasing. Because of the international competition more and more intense, we must improve product quality and reduce loss. The most basic way for decreasing product cost is to improve the quality of products, increasing thickness accuracy and control of plate shape. So whether industrial enterprises can solve width and thickness deviation and bad shape effects become a very important subject.The main parts of this thesis are as follows:Based on the collection and absorption of many home and abroad related literature, this thesis sums up the various factors of producing thickness error in strip rolling process in detail and the compensation function of different factors of influence thickness. Through the analysis of different AGC control mode, characteristics and the effects of thickness control precision, expounds the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of popular AGC system now.Combined with the actual situation of Shougang2160hot finishing rolling mill unit, analysis and research Siemens TDC control program, this thesis analysis of automatic gauge control system and AGC control principle of Shougang2160HSM and draw them relations and the control structure diagram. Combined with the actual production, get the running results of the system and application of example.Through study and research the automatic gauge control system of2160Hot Strip Mill of Shougang, get a large number of valuable applications of technical knowledge and technical data.This thesis also optimize and improve the various parameters of the AGC system of2160constantly. In the light of the existing problems of the thickness control system:thickness deviation gradual deterioration, positive deviation more than negative deviation, the first piece of steel after roll change over deviation probability is big, through the study of the actual rolling data, this thesis make different improvement schemes, modify the relevant parameter, the final improved thickness control precision, create a considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.This thesis research the self-learning principles of rolling mill thickness control, analyze and compare the strip rolling data and PDA curves, search for the acquisition interval unreasonable part of self-learning data, improve the interval of unreasonable part.Improve feedback accuracy of self-learning to thickness and the strip thickness accuracy.
