According to WHO statistics, there are about1.3billion smokers worldwide at present, accounting for about the total population of the world. Every year, about6million peopledie from diseases caused by tobacco. Chinese people produces and consumes a lot oftobacco, therefore, how to reduce the nicotine content in tobacco, and the harm to humanhealth is an urgent need to solve. Our previous study found that the white sap of chinensiscan reduce the nicotine content in tobacco, but the active components is unclear. In thisstudy, the polyphenols and flavonoids Studies have shown that plant polyphenols andflavonoids have a role in the solution of drug charges. In this study, chinensis extractpolyphenols and flavonoids ultrasonic assisted, and optimize its extraction process, research chinensis polyphenols, total flavonoids and chinensis extract parts of differentpolarity effect of nicotine degradation, find out the components of the degradation ofnicotine.Meanwhile,to further find out the natural resource which could degradate thenicotine, On drug charges solution for the development of new products. This studyanalyzed the degradation of Apocynum extract of nicotine. The main results are as follows:1Studied and optimized the extraction process of polyphenols chinensis.,Thechinensis for drying50℃were studied polyphenol ultrasonic extraction process tooptimize the concentration of alcohol concentration ultrasonic time and solid-liquid ratio ofthree factors, using response surface method, the analysis and the establishment of amathematical model. The results show that: the concentration of ethanol has a verysignificant effect (p <0.01) on the yield of polyphenols chinensis, solid-liquid ratio has asignificant effect (p <0.05). Alcohol concentration of60%, ultrasonic time60min,solid-liquid ratio of1:20under conditions polyphenol yield up to1.84%. Under optimalconditions, the chinensis of different drying methods yield of polyphenols in the order:lyophilized> infrared drying> drying>drying in shade> drying in sun.2Studied and optimized the extraction process of flavonoids chinensis. The chinensisfor drying50℃were studied ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids in asingle-factor test basis, through L9(34) orthogonal experiment explores the ultrasonic time, alcohol concentration, solid-liquid ratio of total flavonoids chinensis ratio. The resultsshowed that: liquid has a very significant effect (p <0.01) than that of the chinensis yield offlavonoids in the alcohol concentration of60%, solid-liquid ratio of1:20, the conditions under ultrasonic time60min, total flavonoids was1.34%. Under optimal conditions, thetotal flavonoids chinensis of different drying methods yield the order: lyophilized> infrareddrying> drying in shade> drying> drying in sun.3Preliminary study the degradation of the chinensis in polyphenols, total flavonoidsand different polar fractions nicotine. HPLC determination of extracted under optimalconditions50℃drying chinensis chinensis and vacuum freeze-drying of polyphenols byextracting total flavonoids content in liquid nicotine solution reaction Houniguding, followed by parts of different polarity chinensis extract degradation of materials includingwater extract, alcohol extract, ether extract and extract of nicotine ester. The results showthat both lyophilized or drying chinensis, extracted polyphenols, flavonoids and chinensispolarity different parts are not effectively degrade nicotine.4Preliminary study the degradation of apocynum extract of nicotine. HPLCDetermination of change and nicotine Apocynum extract solution reaction Hounigudingthrough. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the solid-liquid ratio1:10, pH values of5.18, extraction temperature40℃, extraction time60min underconditions of aqueous extract of Apocynum has a large amount of nicotine degradation,namely9mL Apocynum extract nicotine solution and the reaction1mL10mg/mL candegrade the absolute content of nicotine1.85mg, an amount equivalent to1g apocynumdry goods can degrade nicotine2.07mg.
