| The project schedule management is a key link in the process of the project succeeds, butthe traditional project management is inefficient, partial, far from the requirements of modernproject management, project tasks in the actual estimate is too long, the situation of the projectperiod extended, how to effectively improve the traditional project schedule management,became a hot issue in the research of project management in recent years.
