Explosion-proof diesel are generally used in coal mine explosive places,which provide power for transportation, loading and other mechanical work,which is different from diesel engine differs in the following areas:Explosion-proof diesel engine have strict rules on the body surface temperature;The intake and exhaust systems equipped with flame arrester device; Theexhaust system equipped with exhaust gas treatment plant; It has stop-protectiondevice. And explosion-proof diesel increase of explosion-proof components inexhaust system, which bring exhaust resistance、 lower power and torque.Meanwhile, due to the unreasonable structural design and margin too much ofexplosion-proof components, for use with the explosion-proof diesel enginevehicles has brought a lot of inconvenience.Based on a type of six-cylinder explosion-proof diesel engine exhaustsystem as the research object, According to the explosion-proof diesel engine isfound some of the problems and the research status of exhaust system, I studiedthe exhaust manifold with water jacketed and exhaust gas purification tank tothe design and structure improvement of the explosion-proof diesel exhaustsystem provide the basis in the future.This article main work includes:1) Using GT-SUITE series software to establish the inlet and exhaustexplosion-proof flame arrester, intake manifold, exhaust manifold with waterjacketed, exhaust gas purification tank, diesel engine ontology of tubular model,and make one dimensional simulation of explosion-proof diesel engine;2) Through the analysis of engine indicator diagram, I compared the simulation results and experimental data about power, torque, exhaust backpressure, in order to verify the engine model which established by GT-SUITEis correct;3) Analysis of the different structure of the exhaust manifold with waterjacket which is designed by the domestic manufacturer, the different structureforms of the core component in the dry and wet exhaust explosion-proof wastegas treatment system is discussed, and on this basis using UG and GAMBITsoftware to establish the water jacketed exhaust manifold and exhaust gaspurifying tank model;4)Use of ANSYS software to the exhaust manifold for static and modalanalyses and understand it in force mode, get conclusions of the exhaustmanifolds with connectors will not resonate and the vibration deformationwithin the allowable range this time;5)In the FLUENT software of water jacketed exhaust manifold four kindsof representative points corresponding crank angle condition to do the analysisof the flow field,temperature field, pressure field, velocity field, and gives theimproved scheme; Combine heat transfer problems, turbulent flow,multiphase flow problems processing methods in FLUENT,with simulationtechnology and its transient boundary conditions previously obtained foranalysis and comparison of four exhaust gas purification tank model, based onthe results outlined their liquidity situation.
