Belt conveyor is one of main equipment in fully mechanized mining face,and mainly consists of a flexible adhesive tape, one or a plurality of drivingdrum, change to the roller and support roller group. Among them, flexibleadhesive tape is transported material direct and key components. Belt conveyoris widely used in the production of mine, harbor and other production sites forbulk material transportation. Since the mid nineteenth Century belt conveyor hasbeen out of its outstanding transport capacity and good environment adaptability,has been rapid development. In recent years, with the development of machinery,electronics, computer and other fields, conveyer belt not only in the structure hasbeen optimized and mature, but in terms of volume, hauling distance has alsobeen greatly improved.However, belt conveyor at present still exist some deficiencies, which workon belt conveyor impact is the biggest problem of belt deviation, afterinvestigation, accidents caused by belt deviation reached10%-30%of thewhole belt conveyor accident. These incidents ranging from spraying materials, resulting in a waste of material, heavy transport aircraft parking, affect theproduction, even serious will cause a fire, resulting in significant economiclosses. So the belt deviation has been more and more attention, some solutionsand appearance as the times require rectification equipment. Conveyer beltdeviation correcting device is one kind of the most effective auxiliary devicethat solve the deviation accident in the working process, it can ensure conveyerbelt automatic correction in a timely manner when deviation occurs during tovarious reasons, and maintain belt conveyor can continuous, stably and normaldo the material transporting work. At present there are two main types ofdeviation of the equipment, a passive correction device, the other one is activecorrection device. The former is depending on the belt deviation of horizontaldriving force to rotate a certain angle, to achieve a certain degree of correction,but cannot be tape to correct the original equilibrium position, the latter mainlyrely on external power, such as hydraulic system drives the correcting rollergroup to rotate, correction, but existing belt deviation rectifying device becauseof the control strategy of the imperfect, making automatic correction device inthe rectifying process always shocks occur, corrective action too frequently, suchas problems, also in a certain extent also shorten the life of the adhesive tape anda deviation correcting device itself. It also needs to be equipped with a hydraulicsystem, so that the cost increased, maintenance inconvenience.This article begins from the analysis of belt deviation reasons, advantagesand disadvantages compared to the existing automatic correction device, based on existing technology, design a set of novel electromechanical devices toimprove the problem, a set of worm drive mechanism used in theelectromechanical device, the application of fuzzy control technology as thecontrol algorithm, and on the mechanical system and control system weredetailed calculation and design, finally modeling of mechanical system based onSolidWorks platform, based on MATLAB and Adams of electromechanicalsystem with the quality control of joint test and verify the design of the systemfeasibility.This design has a deep engineering significance, and has some reference fordesigning the new type of automatic correction device. In the engineering helpto further improve the reliability and safety of the belt conveyer, will provide areference for the development of high speed and large transport belt conveyer.
