Wenshan Prefecture Bauxite Resources Remote Sensing And Evaluation Of The Deposit

Wenshan is an area of the Yunnan province, which most of the bauxite resources distributed this area, and it also has potential to find more deposit, but as the reason of the bauxite distribute dispersion, and the comprehensive low level of the geology work, the evaltion work of this area is lag.Based on the work already, this article use the landsat 5 data as the data sources, and associate the remote sense interpretation with the real area check analysis the feature of these data, and interpretation these data, for the aim to evaluation the resources of the bauxite of this area, and provide the foundation to the next geology work. The work achieves the result as follow:1. Pretreatment the remote sense data, including:(1)geometric correction, to eliminate the geometric distortion and make the data has its own coordinate system and the projection information;(2) use the methods of the gray enhance,color enhance and edge enhance, to enhance the image information, make it is easy to interpretation the altered information。2. Use the principal component analysis and the ration transform to analysis the data which have be pretreatment already, and extraction the altered information form the transform data.3. Programming a code basis on the idl/envi to extraction the texture information, this code have the direct choice compared to the texture extraction tool of the envi. And use this code, select different windows,steps,directions as the parameter extraction the different eigenvalues of the mean,dis,var,asm,ent,home and so on, then choose the best of them to overlay with the tansform bands used to extraction the information of the stratum have the resources of the bauxite, and compare the result with the deposit which have already known.4. Delineation 7 Prospect area use the information of the stratum has the resources of the bauxite, and we also delineation 13 target use the level of the altered information.
