The Yunnan Wenshan the Tianshengqiao bauxite tectonic position is the southeastern Yunnan folds of the South China fold system with Wenshan-Funing fault-fold beam, with the edge of the ancient land of North Vietnam Depression western Guangxi, Vietnam is the same bauxite mineralization belt, the mineralization conditions are favorable.The study area was done in the1960s accumulation of the evaluation of the mine, not found in sedimentary bauxite.The paper relies on China Geological Survey, National integrated exploration project, three years Yunnan Geology and Mineral Resources Plan of Action key exploration projects Yunnan Quang Nam-qiubei-Yanshan bauxite integrated exploration "subproject" Wenshan natural bridge-Yan Shan Meng bauxite exploration and Yunnan bauxite metallogenic regularity and prospecting constituency research projects in production and research work in the past on the basis of the predecessors, a major breakthrough, the newly discovered sedimentary bauxite reserves in the above medium.The thesis, sedimentology, paleontology, sedimentary stratigraphy, palaeogeography and geochemistry theory as a guide, systematic summary of the characteristics of the ore body, ore bodies and ore types and characteristics; Ore Deposit Geochemistry characteristics detailed analysis and research, analysis of ore-bearing rocks, lithofacies palaeogeography metallogenic environment metallogenic conditions, then explore the genesis, the establishment of a metallogenic model, pointed out prospecting criteria.The study found that the ore-bearing rocks the Permian Longtan under paragraph sedimentary sequence bottom-up order of the fine grain structure, thick massive the bioclastic limestonesâ†'purple, maroon dense massive iron the bauxiteâ†'gray clastic bauxiteâ†'purple siltstone, argillaceous siltstoneâ†'carbonaceous mudstoneâ†'Seamâ†'thin-bedded gray, dark gray siliceous limestone, siliceous rocks.Geological characteristics studies have shown that the main ore body layered, stratiform and lenticular outputs, uneven thickness. Ore mineral components for diaspore, kaolinite, followed by limonite, pyrite, magnetite, ilmenite, hematite, chalcopyrite and small amounts of dolomite and chlorite.
