With the rapid development of land and resources management informationization,the land and resources information system is becoming more and more popular.On the one hand,a wealth of land and resources data has been deposited in each land bureau and related systems.On the other hand,it also challenges human how to efficiently mine these massive land and resources data.Although the National Land Resources Management Department now owns an ocean of data,it has failed to explore the important information,resulting in the waste of data resources and difficulties in information acquisition.This is the main issue which we are facing nowadays.The Traditional land and resources management information system design places more emphasis on data storage and management.However,data mining and information sharing have not received sufficient attention.With the emergence of new technologies such as cloud computing and big data,it is possible to share data and deeply mine the data across the different platform,database and system.This study is based on the present situation research of Shaanxi Province's National Land Resources Management Information System and the actual demand in the actual work of the business.It deeply analyzes the problems in the process of land and resource informationization in Shaanxi Province,such as the low level of data resources sharing?the lack of cross-platform application construction?the shortage of outside services,the hysteresis of data resources and so on.In order to solve the above problems,This study adopt many advanced technology which include the spatial data fusion technology?space-time big data analysis technology,and big data visualization technology by the spatial information fusion and data mining platform to improve the value of data applications and to more efficiently support the requirements of land and resources management.It provides a “one-stop” data fusion and data mining for frontline staff,as well as a real-time visualization application.The land and resources Information Sharing platform includes functional modules such as data center,spatial-temporal data analysis and modeling functions,and online visual data display and other functional modules.Firstly,the problem of data sharing and data updating between different databases is solved through the idea of "logic centralization and physical dispersion";Secondly,various application procedures in the daily work of employees are encapsulated into analysis models,which make it is easy to operate the system for those nontechnical person;Finally,by use of a variety of data visualization technology to show the complicated relationships of data,greatly enhance the staff's knowledge of the depth and intuitiveness of the data,so as to achieve rapid information query,law discovery,target mining,data sharing and other business needs,and through online form production,online report build,as well as large-screen,mobile and other multi-display to solve real-time sharing problems.
