With the development of social economy,the urbanization progress has been accelerating gradually,and with the progress of science and technology,a large numbers of high-rise buildings,the large underground engineering and public gathered places have sprung up.While population desity and wealthy gross are increasing,the urban disaster are also increasingly raying,among then,fire is the top menace.Therefore, it is essential for fire risk evaluation of urban area,in order to provide decision assistance for programming and reformation of fire fighting system in the city,and the reasonable arrangement of layout for the power of fire rescue,thereby reducing the fire risk level of urban area,to promote the city of society and economy coordinated development.In this paper,fire risk evaluation theory of urban area is made as the title,based on full inquiries,statistics and analysis of four project statistical index data of our country from 1990 to 2007,and on the basis of comparison data of ten causes of fire,by the aid of mathematical statistics,fire engineering, system science,fuzzy mathematics theory,the regional fire risk evaluation of objects are determined,the main factors of affecting urban area fire are identified,the index systems of regional fire risk evaluation are established,through the establishment of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the the example is analyzed. The main contents of thesis has:(1) Analytical main characteristic and reason of the district fire of our country city,induce totally up the breadth suffused content of fire risk valuation of a city district based on contrast,studied the research result and the irregularity currently of fire risk valuation at home and abroad currently.(2) Through the research on definition,sort and rules of regional fire risk,the methods and procedures of regional fire risk evaluation are established,based on existing risk assessment methods two kinds of fire evaluation objects are determined from actual situation of kunming,which include the jurisdiction of police station and the branch area of community.(3) Combined with the cause and influencing factors of city fire,the index systems of regional fire risk evaluation and branch area are established,the principles and basis of building these index systems is clear,based on analysis of the nature of indicators and comparative the advantages and disadvantages of existing computed indicators algorithms,different algorithms are used to calculae the weights of indicators,which have improved AHP and fuzzy AHP.(4) According to the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the fire risk evaluation model of regional and branch are establishde,and the calcuation steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are detailed expounded.(5) Based on the above theory and method, fire risk of seventeen police station and thirty-four branch area of is evaluated,which belong to xianshan district of kunming, and evaluation model and GIS are combined together,the results of evaluation are output in the form of thematic from Supermap GIS platform.The methods of paper adoptive fire risk evaluation are summarized, combining the results of fire risk evaluation of kunming, it indicate that studies and application on theory of area fire risk evaluation is a comprehensive and systematical work,it not only has quite importance in theory,but also it gets scientific research achievements of actual effect and popularization value in practice.
