This paper researches the synthetical ore-forming feature of Cu-Ni sulfided mine of BaimaZai in Jin Ping County. This nine is the main force of Ni manufacturer. It is exact to look for succeed resource because of the resource has been drying up. So, in this system, we collected geological and mining information about the mine, investigated and researched about the regional geology and the features of rock and mine body .It establishes mathematic and economical model of this the mineral deposit and mining area warehouse about map and description of Cu-Ni sulfided mine of BaimaZai in Jin-Ping County using the software of mathematic and economical model and MAPGIS.It brings forward that the basic-superbasic cluster (band) related Ni is Variscan magmatic rock. It lies in the Jin Ping superficial fault unit (also named "golden band" ) of subsidiary fracture unfold and wheel position of Hong He' s profound fault and the marginal overgrowth band of Yang Zi platform. The mine lies in the band of positive magnetism abnormity, gravitation abnormity, steepness of Mohole and Ni~Co geochemistry abnormity. It has geophysical features; those are great gravity, great magnetic force, great polarization and low resistance. Cu-Ni sulfided mine complex locate in BaimaZai of JinPing County is sub alkali iron-super iron, it's zoning is clear and it's Ni-Cu-Co melting first and enrichment, its rare earth is rich in right lean light rare earth, but Eu in olive rock is serious to be bad, Gd-Tb is tittles negative abnormity. Above-mentioned show that the mineral is cone from mantle, and didn' t mix with crustal substance, and continent tholeiite magma turning into continent tholeiite emplacement after by surging. This paper points out that the ore-forming pattern of this mineral deposit is ore-bearing basic-superbasic magma melting-crystalline different and ore magma impulse injection in turn. It indicates there maybe has a ore shoot in the bottom of III rock body(interrupted below 650m), and advises to geophysical prospecting in the mining shaft.This system constructs the III rock body's 3D figure of Cu-Ni sulfided mineof JinPing BaimaZai in the round by using the database of mathematic and economical model and information, and locates the extent orientation and marginal form of this rock body. This system designs a project of III rock body (650-755m)ore-search according to it. In addition, this paper compares it with the basic-superbasic rock body in JinPing superficial fault unit by researching the model of ore-forming and prospecting of III rock body, and gets two metallogenetic prognosis areas of A grade, one metallogenetic prognosis area of B grade, and three metallogenetic prognosis areas of C grade.
