Radar remote sensing is one of the high-tech in the modern surveying and mapping support. This paper discusses the imaging model of Radar image through the deep investigation on the imaging principles and characteristics of SAR image and expatiation on the advantage and the developing status of radar imaging system as well as the at home and abroad status of Radar Photogrammetry technique, and researches the base theory and method of digital block triangulation for Radar image based on the Leberl Imaging model, and designes the corresponding software system, and uses the simulated data and practical remote sensing date to prove the function, correctness and reliability of the software system.The main tasks finished in this paper are listed as follows: Firstly, it analyses the mathematic model of SAR image and choose the Leberl model whose adaptability is stronger as the model for the digital block triangulation; Secondly, it uses the selected model to solute the orientation parameter of single SAR image; Finally, based on the principle of Radar Photogrammetry, by using the two-dimension image coordinates of the corresponding image points acquired automatically or partly in manual and the three-dimension coordinates of the ground point solutes adjustly the pass points of all the Radar Photogrammetry plotting technique and orientation parameter of SAR image, and establishes the obvious image database of detail points.The innovation of this paper is:Firstly, it realizes the block digital aerial triangulation arithmetic using radar image, secondly, it design the system of SAR image block digital aerial triangulation arithmetic.
