| The Digital Earth is the way we know in the 21st century.The construction of Digital City is an important constituent which is also a level of the construction of Digital Earth. It is an inevitable trend of the city and the social information development which is also an extremely huge, complex and long-term system engineering. The building of three dimensional city model (3DCM) is the first step and important content of the digital city construction .On the basis of "3S" technology and its integrated system,numeral photographic survey technology,three dimensional modelling technology,three dimensional visible and virtual reality technology we completed the reconstruction of three dimensional city using digital map and texture gathering outside.At last,we had carried on the spatial analysis experiment based on the 3DCM.It can directly choose the goal from the three-dimensional model to carry on the analysis and the inquiry, for example area,perimeter,distance,volume and section plane and so on,which can also directly carries on each kind of spatial inquiry and the policy-making analysis in the perspective drawing space.These have opened up the domains for 3DCM on the use of the urban planning,project reconnaissance,mass transit,environmental protection,resources investigation,region development and plan,disaster forecast and preventing,residential district synthesis management and so on.It can conclude through practice proof that the method proposed in this article to building three dimensional city can enhance the productivity, save the cost of labor , prevent the government to repeat investment, reduce errors which are unable to avoid through manual control,greatly speed up reconstruction of the three dimensional city. At the same time we had drawn the conclusion on imperfect parts using IMAGIS to rebuilding three dimensional city and tried to make up these parts. Finally I had carried on the spatial analysis experiment based on the 3DCM. |
