Thoughts On Elemental Problems Induced By Society Due To Scientific And Technological Innovations

With the rapid development of science and technology, the innovation of science and technology has become an important factor contributing to the social progress, and the state innovation system of science and technology has become the exclusive standard for the establishment of the national policies. The internationally-interesting topic, which has been the already-planned development goal for China, is how to improve the national essential ability for competition and innovatively construct the country based on science and technology.The scientific-technological innovation is a complex systems engineering. Besides, in Chinese innovation system for science and technology, universities, enterprises, and the government, which have been in charge of many significant state projects, have become the society-induced principal parts for the innovations in science and technology. More importantly, in China, the ability to innovate in science and technology has been constantly improved, which can be clarified through some already-achieved successes, e.g., the government has constantly and scientificly emphasized and improved the national-scale management and control; the enterprises have also learned to gain enconomic and social benefits through already-achived outcomes from science and technology; meanwhile, the universities have established many innovation groups during the process of carrrying out the practice in scientific and technological innovations.
