At present, data processing of Automatic Deformation Monitoring System was based on single station deformation monitoring system, demanding the station to be stable. When the area of deformation was big and the distance was long, the position accuracy would be reduced, and occupy would be not flexible. We used multi-station which positioned on the deformation object to increase the accuracy, and we should take the station's deformation into account. So, studying the data processing model of Automatic deformation monitoring system and taking the station deformation into account was a useful try.The paper used average gap method, linear supposition method and the distance and angle method to do the steady analysis of the station point. And we established the stable analysis computation flow. The paper introduced the method of the data processing of the Automatic deformation monitoring when the station point was stable. And we studied the least square Helmert coordinate conversion, the small tri-angle linear computation and the five parameters coordinate conversion when the station point was unstable, then we established the math correction model for the station point's deformation and corrected other errors, developed the corresponding procedure model and enriched the original multi-station automatic deformation monitoring system.
