Find a series of meta-data content standards and rules both at home and abroad, according to the provincial level and the characteristics of GIS data determine the adoption of the meta-data standards and design a series of dynamic metadata table based on the needs of the organization; Spatial database design. Papers design the model of the provincial geospatial databases for the basis of metadata; Spatial metadata platform realizes the management and distribution of the data describing information, using of meta-data systems between the data producers and users of products, the information exchange network will greatly improve user searching for information products efficiency and the data from the application rate.
