As people’s awareness of environmental protection grows, the national standard of airpollutant emission is more stringent, along with our country’s economy is increasingly strong,industrial production continues to increase the proportion of the discharge of pollutants. Due to thehigh soot cleaning performance of bag filter, which is one of the effective device in the field ofenvironmental protection which is widely used in the field of industrial dust cleaning. Since itincrease more and more large, the dust cleaning technique is mainly used in pulse-jet cleaning,which puts forward higher requirement on the dust cleaning technique of bag filter. Therefore, thisstudy provides an experimental research on the soot cleaning device of pulse bag filter.The soot cleaning system is very important for long-term operation of pulse bag filter. Theinjection pressure, nozzle diameter, both the distance to the plate and the length of filter bag,height of the lift of the Venturi tube in injection devices is directly affect the cleaning effect.In this paper, under certain injection pressure,to change the injection distance and length ofbag filter, this study provides a detailed research on the pulse bag filter soot cleaning process, andfinally gets the sidewall peak pressure curve under different conditions, and to investigates theinfluence of injecting distance and length of filter bag, to determine the impact of various factorson soot cleaning performance, and ultimately conclude that if the injecting distance is too long,there cannot get a perfect soot cleaning performance in the middle and bottom area, the cleaningsystem must have an appropriate injecting distance. Changing the injection pressure, and doingpulse ash removal test, it is concluded that proper increase of injection pressure to improve filtersoot cleaning performance.Taking into account the aluminum craft with a shoulder soot dust filtration and adsorption ofHF gas, the paper sets up bag filter test device, using hot-wire anemometer testing equipment,flow velocity of the flow field inside the bag filter test airflow distribution precipitator conducteda detailed analysis of experimental research. Distribution of dust into the air when a bag filterhousing is one of the key factors affecting collection efficiency and dust bag life, through the air distribution is analyzed to optimize design parameters bag filter and improve pulse clear ash effect.The experiment showed that the local air velocity is too large dust, dust bag load is too high, itmay cause the bag is damaged, resulting in gas short circuit occurred.All aspects of factors must be considered before design of the bag filter, some unreasonablefactors will be affect the dust cleaning performance。Therefore, doing experimental operation has astrong practical significance, For the optimization of structural parameters for the design of bagfilter, to improve performance and reliability of the system operation, enhancing environmentalbenefits, social and economic benefits of the bag filter, to provide a further test, which has acertain reference value, which is the value of the test in the article.
