Fixture is the excessive body specimen connected to the vibration table, its function is to the vibration of the vibration table and energy do not break really passed to the specimen, if the fixture design is unreasonable, improper installation, and vibration control method is not suitable will have a serious effect on the test results.First, this paper takes a product vibration test as the main research object, according to the research topic, first of all the specimen jig equipment under the condition of laboratory experiment modal analysis, to determine whether a fixture satisfies the requirement of experiment. According to the analysis result, optimize the fixture design, then to test again, in order to achieve the best design requirements. Secondly, based on vibration test specimen products technical indicators, according to the conventional vibration test control method, respectively, the products in a vertical direction (Z direction) direction and horizontal direction (X) of sinusoidal scanning and broadband random vibration test. Through research and analysis, with the result of the frequency response of random vibration test in the horizontal direction, scan vibration test in the vertical direction and horizontal direction are a big deviation, "test" and "owe test", the only way to eliminate this kind of phenomenon is the research of vibration control strategy in the process of the actual test. Finally, based on the traditional control method, optimize the vibration control method improvement, namely through input control real-time correction and the output response of the acceleration limit control attenuation method to complete, and through experiment verification, get the expected results.
