Compared with the noise problem of mud pump on onshore drilling platform,the noise on offshore is necessary to be solved.After analyzing the vibration characteristics of F1600 mud pump,the design of corresponding vibration isolation base was presented.Firstly,based on the analysis of the current situation of mud pump vibration at home and abroad,this dissertation introduces the working principle of F1600 mud pump and establishes its Solid Works model,and calculates the relative error of pump modeling.The finite element-based modal analysis of the pump body was carried out to find the weak parts in the pump body structure.And the pump body does not produce significant resonance during the working process.Secondly,the multi-body dynamics and kinematics modeling of the mud pump was completed in ADAMS with ANSYS software.By comparing the results between the piston`s kinematics expression and the simulation curve results,the simulation accuracy of the kinematic model is satisfied with the analytical requirements.Within the time domain simulation,this dissertation obtains the force curve results of the selected measuring points and performs the corresponding FFT.Within the frequency domain simulation,the frequency response function based on the simulation experiment modal measurement is obtained,and it is judged that the mud pump does not produce obvious resonance in the whole work.Thirdly,this dissertation completed the mud pump vibration test and the analysis of the test data.The test adopts the electric measurement method,and the corresponding type of acceleration sensor and amplifier are selected to establish the test system.In this dissertation,the preprocessing,integral transformation,time domain feature parameter calculation and frequency domain density function calculation of test data are completed.The accuracy of the mud pump simulation model is verified by comparing the frequency domain analysis results of measurement data with the simulation model.At last,the vibration isolation system of the mud pump is regarded as the active vibration isolation system,and the maximum action point of the external excitation of the mud pump is used as the vibration isolation evaluation point.Refer to the relevant literature to select the vibration isolation evaluation standard,calculate the vibration isolator parameters according to the number of the different ones,and select the appropriate vibration isolator type by comparing the characteristics of the common vibration isolators.Vibration isolation simulation was performed in ADAMS based on the calculated vibration isolator parameters.By comparing the ratio of the dangerous point displacement vibration level of the mud pump at the 4-point support and the 8-point support on flexible deck,it is concluded that the vibration isolation coefficient of the mud pump under the 8-point support is 75%,and the designed vibration isolation base has a good separation.
