With the sustained and rapid development of economic and social, the continuing escalation of industrial structure and consumption structure, great changes have taken place in our country’s energy supply and demand situation,energy problem not only became the major problems affecting the global economic and social development has become the important issues of the high attention of international community. China is the world’s largest energy consumer, energy consumption increased year by year, in today’s lack of energy, how to effectively and improve energy efficiency, energy saving and emission reduction has become a problem we have to think about and solve. Especially in the field of textile, textile industry resource utilization is low, high energy consumption in our country. In the textile workshop, the consumption of air conditioning system occupied the important share of energy consumption, the traditional textile air-conditioning system energy consumption proportion of 20% ~ 30%, the high cost of energy severely weakened the competitiveness of textile enterprises.In the textile industry in our country, due to the backward technology and equipment, energy utilization rate is low, in the production of a large amount of waste heat is discharged into the atmosphere. Heat loss not only cause waste of energy and environmental pollution, waste heat recovery is to waste heat recycling, energy efficiency, reduce production cost, to protect the environment. Therefore, how to make the most of waste heat, reduce heat consumption is a important task of energy saving of the textile industry. Commonly used in our country there are many kinds of waste heat recovery technology, through research and analysis of heat transfer technology applied in the textile workshop, high enthalpy value of hot air through a dedicated channel, to the relative humidity is low, the lack of space within the mixed heat transfer of heat, thus to effective utilization of heat energy in the air. Heat transfer of heat recovery is a kind of high efficiency and energy saving technology. Production technology of spinning workshop process equipment heat exhaust and drawing workshop dust hot exhaust obvious heat loss, the heat transfer technology is applied to the process equipment heat exhaust and dust removing exhaust in the two systems, in order to achieve effective reuse of heat energy.Based on the characteristics of the textile workshop air conditioning and dust removal system of theoretical analysis, combined with engineering case study and economic analysis, and through the calculation of energy saving data objectively proved the feasibility of the heat transfer technology in the textile workshop in application and practical value...
