As the economic grows more globally and more quickly,international energy supply faces more pressure from regional policy.Especially in recent years,more and more demand for energy comes out in China,some area even has energy shortage in different levels,as rapid growth of the national economy.In addition,China is in middle stage of industrialization,and requires more energy.Continuous supply of energy is basement for economic and social development,so it is necessary to put more effort to research of energy crisis.Since energy shortage become more serious all over the world,people pay more attention to flue gas waste heat recovery,as continuous annealing furnace is a high energy consuming equipment.This thesis focuses on waste heat recovery system of continuous annealing furnace,heating hot water and waste gas preheating strip technology are two key technologies of waste heat recovery system.Which completes waste energy reuse through heat exchanger.At the same time,heat radiation of pipe is also an important factor of energy reuse ratio for heat recovery system,and pipe insulation can reduce heat loss from pipe.In the thesis,calculation of pipe radiation,preheating strip exchanger heat waste,hot water exchanger heat waste to determine optimization scheme.Schemes including: thicken pipe insulation thickness,use better pipe insulation,improve the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchanger,reducing the temperature of the exhaust gas which discharged into atmosphere,all these can improve the utilization rate of the heat recovery system,reduce energy use,reduce costs and improve the competitiveness for products.
