People request for a higher level of clothing comfort with the rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of living standards. The existence of clothing pressure will produce all kinds of physiological and psychological influence on the human body, therefore clothing pressure has become an important content in the research of the clothing ergonomics.Toning pants are popular among the majority of female consumers because of its function of shaping body. But because of the clothing pressure comfort problems caused by these tight clothing, many consumers reflect that they are so tight that lead to poor human body comfort.Therefore, discussing clothing pressure distribution on the human body of tight clothing can provide a more scientific theory basis to the style design of toning pants. Main research content of this topic is briefly as follows:Firstly, we select three women fitness pants popular on the market as experimental material.Using novel pliance- x- 32 pressure test system made in German, through the preliminary experiment of the model body pants, and ultimately choose six points whose pressure value is relatively large or change evidently in the experimental process, then we test the pressure values respectively when human body(women of medium figure) is under the action of standing, bend over, squat. By using the method of subjective and objective evaluation of the objective pressure value, wearing comfort and shaping effect is analyzed, we get the following conclusions: Young woman are very sensitive to the objective pressure changes on big legs and waist head in the former part when wearing pants. Objective pressure of side seam and abdomen is small, so the subjective evaluation is comfortable; while objective pressure of hip sudden outburst points and hip point is big, but subjective evaluation is comfortable.Then we test fabric tensile properties of the shaping pants. We then choose different fabric organizations from three toning pants to do elongation tensile strength test, in order to discuss the relationship among fabric tensile elasticity and clothing pressure, wearing comfort and toning effect. Finally design scheme of the shaping pants is given combined with style construction details and fabrics, also we can get the following conclusions: apply different clothing pressures to different parts according to the fat content and shaping effect when doing fitness pants styledesign. Using a molding manufacturing process, we then use 1 x 3 rowan structure, whose flexibility and extensibility are very good, double weave on the waist head, fishbone in about 10 cm long; Abdomen adopt accordion organization or uncut diamond design structure;1 x 1 rowan structure on the buttocks cup; we add joint design on the border of the hip and thigh, the same fabric design can be used in the thigh plump part and abdomen, or 1 x 2 rowan structure; Leg structure can be the same as the waist, using 1 x 2 rowan organization, double-layer weave.At last, we use non-contact 3 d body scanner to scan the human body in a particular size(medium figure), we get contour point cloud data from the waist to the big leg of outer human body, then we use reverse engineering software Geomagic Studio for surface model fitting, and then in UG7.5 software to set up 3 d entity model body using a new rapid, simple method, then ANSYS14.5 software for establishment and analysis for finite element model, to simulate clothing pressure distribution of the waist to the big leg of female body, and show the clothing pressure distribution situation of different parts in the form of three dimensional.validation and comparison are made between actual test pressure value and simulation value, to optimize the finite element model, discuss the changes of the stress, strain and displacement of the body under the clothing pressure from the chest to the knee in finite element analysis software to explore the feasibility of the finite element method in the study of the clothing pressure distribution. |
