Now today, because the continuous expansion of production scale, it will result the environment pollution getting worse. The main factor is the industrial dust emissions. So it is important to protect our environment. Dust collector is used as the main environmental protection equipment which can reduce the dust pollution. This paper’s purpose is to study and design the high-voltage electrostatic precipitator and do hard work to improve the collection efficiency.Firstly, we analyzed the basic principle and workflow voltage of electrostatic precipitator, summarizes the main performance parameters of high voltage electrostatic precipitator. Introduced the main components’s design to device the high voltage electrostatic precipitator and precipitator’s efficiency. Improve the factors from the perspective to analyze problems, so it can improve the measure of collection efficiency.Secondly the whole system can depart into two parts:the high and the low-voltage respectively control. The electrical control system of high voltage electrostatic precipitator is divided into two parts. It include high voltage power supply control system and low voltage control system. The dust collector supplied high voltage utilization of high voltage power supply equipment. The high voltage electric field can get a high strength. The general electric field of high voltage electrostatic precipitator are equipped with different levels while the consistents are in the same field. On the low voltage control system the design can depart into four parts. They are the dust control system, the vibration control system, the temperature control system and the pneumatic ash conveying system. Two control system are basically working itself and didn’t influence each other.This system use Siemens S7-300PLC as the core controller through the use of module, terminals and external devices. The mainly design include the high-voltage power switch, rapping system, temperature detection and heating systems. And using AutoCAD to finish the PLC control circuit and complete the control over all the design of control system at last.Finally, the software of the whole system have been designed. It include the timing control system of vibration, the control flow of the discharge ash conveying system and the gearshift integral PID control of temperature. And make the system more rational and worked effectively by software and the system debugging. The dust removal efficiency have met the requirements.
