Based on the theory of electrostatic precipitator,the paper has analyzed the major factors on efficiency enhancing and energy-saving of EP, studied the principles of energy-saving&emission-reduction, the EP high-voltage current supply energy-saving&emission-reduction dust removal efficiency of formula, and high-voltage current supply energy-saving efficiency of formula. On this basis, the paper has analyzed the numerical value of dutyfactors adjustment about different coals. The paper has analyzed efficiency enhancing&energy-saving technical measures of high-voltage current supply device and the low voltage control device, then proposed the technical schemes. It should be provided some references for designing, debugging, operation and efficiency-raising&energy-saving of EP in thermal power plants.
