It has certain limitations for high-speed and stable operation of the loom,because the loom control system uses a single bus communication.To improve the performance of the loom, we use a variety of bus communication technology to meet looms’data communication, to ensure the stable operation of high-speed looms.Research a variety of bus communication technologies include the following aspects:Firstly,To improve the control of a single weaving loom data transmission rate, we use a variety of high-speed communication bus control module at the loom,in the loom control module internal communications, we use SPI communication; use serial communication and CAN bus communication mode between the control module communication; To achieve the remote management between multiple looms,we use wireless networking communication methods between multiple loom communication;Secondly,To achieve internal loom control module, each control module and a multiple looms,it had higher speed data communication between the weaving machine, according to the characteristics of the control module transmits the communication parameters and design the SPI communication interface circuit,the serial communication interface circuit and CAN interface communication, and detailed description of the function of each communication module;Thirdly,the loom control modules and multiple-loom weaving communication protocol design and implement, according to the requirements of the transmission rate and transmission parameters in the internal module loom control,each looms’module and the multiple modules loom,develop a variety of bus communication transfer protocol,such as SPI communication protocol, asynchronous serial communication protocol and CAN bus communication protocol, ZigBee wireless networking communication protocols and the corresponding protocol and then implement.The software design which the loom’s control system in the communication is completed under the Keil and Lattice software development, loom control module for communication system was tested in a textile’s Prototype,and the operation of the loom was observed by the Modbus debugging software.Experiments confirmed that loom in the course of 48 hours of continuous operation, the control module communication was stabile, the weaving fabric was in good condition, and the loom speed up to 700r/min, weft insertion rate is 1300m/min. Multiple looms wireless network management groups achieve the remote monitoring of the production workshop.
