Nanometer iron powder on contemporary industry and daily life has more and more widely used, including nano carbonyl iron powder is one of them, the preparation process is relatively complex and demanding to equipment, and the evaporator is the preparation of nanometer carbonyl iron powder is an important link.Its working process is roughly: superheated steam to heat the liquid carbonyl iron, until boiling evaporation, evaporation of carbonyl iron by the evaporator export export, but the carbonyl iron liquid in the evaporator evaporation process of vaporizing easily affected by many factors, resulting in the export of steam flow instability.Directly affect the stability of the next link in production and the quality of the products.In this paper, we study the evaporator export working medium flow control problem, the control task is:to control by regulating the flow of hot gas evaporator export working medium flow to maintain the set value, ensure the safe operation of the system, and make the most of their energy.At present, in view of the model selection and evaporator, scholars have made a summarize and obtain the corresponding experience, through comprehensive analysis, this paper designed based on the model selection of carbonyl iron evaporator with moving boundary method.And under the environment of MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation results show that the model can be sexually, determine its can accurately reflect the actual situation of running within carbonyl iron evaporator.In view of the evaporator heat exchange system with nonlinear and difficult to control the problem, this paper presents a fuzzy adaptive PID controller.Based on the analysis of fuzzy theory and PID control, on the basis of structural characteristics, gives the adaptive PID controller based on fuzzy control theory of design thinking.To prove the superiority of this kind of control method, respectively gives the ordinary PID controller and fuzzy adaptive PID controller can improve the contrast experiment.The simulation results show that the method improves the static and dynamic performance of the control system.Based on nano carbonyl iron powder of evaporator in the control system of randomness, uncertainty and nonlinear problems, in combination with the theory of fuzzy control and PID control algorithm, on the basis of a fuzzy adaptive PID controller was designed, and based on the distributed control system (DCS) process control, centered with PCS7 control system, realized the evaporator system of process control.Practice has proved that using the control theory and control method to realize the control effect of the evaporator is superior to the past of the evaporator.
