As the foundation of national economical development, mineral resources are important part of China’s economic development and social progress. However, because of the extensive management model in the mining industry, the unreasonable maintenance method for the mine hoisting equipment not only waste the equipment resources, but also can result in the detection and troubleshooting for the equipment trouble not timely, even can endanger the safety of the whole mineral resource exploitation. As the key equipment for guaranteeing the safety and reliable operation of the mining enterprises, the scientific and reasonable maintenance plan for the hoisting equipment will affect the reliable operation of the equipment and the equipment resources optimization of the enterprises directly. Therefore, on the basis of the running state of the hoisting equipment, it has great important research significance and practical value for the mine safety management field to assess the fault probability and formulate a scientific and reasonable maintenance scheme.Aiming at the problems in the process of hoisting equipment maintenance under the production of mining and the actual situation of enterprises management, this paper applied the theory of condition-based maintenance to the hoisting equipment management and analysis the maintenance management for hoisting equipment in three major areas:hoisting equipment condition assessment, the probability analysis of equipment failure and maintenance solution selection. Firstly, the hoisting system under production and condition-based maintenance and relevant theory is studied and is applied to establish theory foundation for the follow hoisting equipment condition-based maintenance solution selection. Secondly, aiming at the multiple quantity of state and factor of the hoisting equipment, the condition evaluation system for the hoisting equipment is established on the basis of gathering and analysis synthetically the relevant operating parameter of the hoisting equipment, and then the health degree of hoisting equipment is assured through value expectation of every factor and the dynamic variable weight analytic hierarchy process method, and the analysis result is made scientifically and reasonably. Thirdly, aiming at the problem which exists in the traditional fault probability model, the improved fault probability model for the hoisting equipment is established by moving the equipment service life parameter into the traditional fault probability model. In the guidance of the total state integration method, the fault probability and risk of the hoisting equipment is got through the improved fault probability model by using single whole equipment health process and multiple sample method. Finally, the equipment economy life model is established by combining the fault probability of the hoisting equipment and the equipment total cost within one year, and then the maintenance scheme for the hoisting equipment is choosed by analyzing the maintenance scheme from three major aspects:operating cost yearly, cost of investment yearly and the breakdown loss yearly, the process of applying the condition-based maintenance provide the reference suggestion and decision-making basis for formulating the reasonable maintenance scheme.In conclusion, this paper made some research that the condition-based maintenance theory are applied to the maintenance solution scheme choose and provide suggestion to decision-making and theoretical support for establishing mining enterprises key equipment condition-based maintenance system. Then, the safety management level of the mining enterprises can be promoted to a certain extent.
