Ozone equipment is widely used in industrial pollution treatment,equipment' maintenance level has become the key to further promotion of ozone equipment.In this paper,the condition maintenance technology of large ozone occurring equipment is studied,so that the maintenance of equipment is developed from fault maintenance to state maintenance,and the maintenance level of ozone equipment is improved.Through the research of state maintenance technology,it provides a theoretical basis for the design of a large ozone equipment monitoring system based on condition maintenance.The mechanism and process of ozone production are analyzed,and the status monitoring parameters and their positions are established.The equipment fault of large ozone was analyzed and the predictive diagnosis basis and fault characteristics were extracted.Combined with experiments and equipment operation experience,the predictive diagnosis and fault diagnosis scope are summarized,and the maintenance plan is arranged according to the severity of equipment fault.On this basis,the function structure and hardware structure of the large ozone occurrence equipment monitoring system based on state maintenance are designed respectively,and the equipment selection is completed.Based on PLC,an auxiliary service program such as online monitoring for aluminum electrolytic capacitor life and transmitter detection subroutine are developed.In addition,the configuration interfaces are developed based on HMI.Through field experiments,the validity of the system developed in this paper is verified and successfully applied to the waste gas treatment project of the ozone oxidation method.The method of electromagnetic energy indication fault is put forward to realize the accurate indication of fault tube,and its feasibility is verified by experiments.In this paper,a large ozone occurrence equipment monitoring system based on state maintenance is designed and implemented.The fault indication of the discharge pipe is realized by using the electromagnetic energy extraction method.On the one hand,it improves the maintenance level of equipment,reduces the requirements for maintenance personnel,on the other hand,it improves the efficiency of equipment troubleshooting,reduces downtime.
