| Along with the rapid development of society and economy, environmentalproblems increasingly stand out. Among them, the most serious is water pollution andsoil pollution. Water and soil are important resource on which mankind rely forexistence indispensably. Identifying the species of element in water and soil andmeasuring its density are needed to determine the environmental monitoring andevaluating pollution fast and correctly. Hardware regarded as the main contents, theanalyzer is divided into sample and reaction plate module, temperature controlmodule and data acquisition module. Based on the spectrophotometer method,standard liquid is used to determine the liquid absorbing coefficient to measure outliquid density, a feasible design of automatic control scheme was proposed. Thesystem can be verified automatically for water-soil analysis. In this paper, thefollowing problems have been studied:Sample and reaction plate module mainly realized the control of the steppermotor. To choose TB6560chip for step motor drive, build a reliable driver circuit todrive seven of the whole instrument stepper motor, which can run normally. Throughthe structure of encoder and photoelectric switch, the localization of the motionmechanism is realized.Choosing spectrometer for spectral components, linear CCD chip TCD1304APfor the sensor, the C8051F060microcontroller designed for high speed A/D chipdesigned photoelectric detection module.The temperature control module is divided into two parts, in order to make thereagent stored in low temperature environment, use semiconductor refrigerator in thereagent disk; the reaction plate with heating tape, make samples and reagents to reachreaction temperature.On the structure, this paper designs a discrete structure. Make photoelectricdetection to be a independent module, light source illuminate reaction cup directly,extraction tests without having to move the test samples, the structure has advantagesof low cross-contamination and high detection speed.To deal with the complicated control structure and implementation of analyzercomponents, this paper proposes a multiple CPU control scheme. The complexsequential tasks assigned to multiple CPU, and use one PC to coordinate works of each CPU. The multi-CPUs structure has advantage of require a low CPU processingpower, and greatly simplify the timing, reducing the workload of programming.Experiments show that the instrument can realize the automatic detection of thesample, and has good reliability and stability.Water-soil analysis has great practical significance. The purpose of this paper isto design a high precision and high speed water-soil analyzer, hope provides technicalsupport for the water-soil analysis. |
