With the development of automobile industry and the expansion of motor industry at a high speed, some environmental pollutants are inevitably brought in the process of engine production, including exhaust gas, polluted water, waste residue and undesired sound, because of emulsified oil, surfactant and high concentration of refractory organic matter that is difficult to degradation in the waste water make it serious serious damage to the environment if not be treated by effective processing,long discharge cycle and refractory elements lead to the difficult treatment of this kind of wastewater. A certain company mainly produces R428 DOHC and R425 DOHC diesel engine 3000 units, the waste water produced in the process of production is 55 t/d. Especially, the organic matter in cutting fluid wastewater can reach a extremely high strength, as high as 100000 mg/L, and is the oil concentration, also bring greater difficulty comprehensive wastewater treatment. The production wastewater and domestic sewage was treated separately first, then Joint,treated by all-in-one and then hybrid with sewage after treated in the hydrolysis acidification pool and biological contact oxidation pool. then after a kind of chemical treatmentcoagulation precipitation,the quality of the water will reach the standard of the integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996) level, the treatment process is simple, low processing cost, the wastewater treatment engineering example provides the reference and basis to the research of this kind of wastewater.⑴Through the design of the project, run, debug, analysis of the results, we can obtain summing-up as follow:⑵The primary taster for us is the removal of COD and oil in wasterwater. with all-in-one equipment,we can contace a satisfactory treatment effect;After a threemonths debugging, the system step to the stage of stable, the CODcr, petroleum and SS is 91.2 mg/L, 3.5 mg/L and 48.5 mg/L, the removal rate can reach 81.9%, 80% and 70% respectively, the quality of effluent water is better than that of the standard of the integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996) level;⑶ The processing scale was 55t/d. it could be achieved for emission reductions of CODcr,which was 8.18 t/a.
