Currently, beampumping unit is the most widely used oil recovery equipment. The beam pumping unit has simple structure, stable performance, easy to operate and manufacture and other advantages. However, the biggest drawback of beam pumping unit is inefficiency. Therefore a large number of long-term works of beam pumping unit will bring huge economic losses. This paper focus on the analysis of energy consumption of beam pumping unit, proposes an energy-saving program.The current method for Efficiency analysis of beam pumping unit was collecting actual data. While the working conditions of beam pumping unit is harsh and parameters of each pumping are inconsistent, all of this have brought great difficulties to the research.Also, the polished rod load of upper and lower stroke and the large fluctuations of crankshaft torque are the emphasis of the analysis of energy consumption. In this paper, first, the curves of the displacement and changes of velocity and acceleration with crank angle were obtained through the Kinematic analysis of positional relationship between the components of the transmission system, and the specific calculation method was got. Then according to the calculation method of acceleration, the algorithm of polished rod dynamic load, static deformation of the sucker rod, static road, crank shaft torque and the method to choose motor were obtained. The actual calculation, dynamic figure, crankshaft torque graph were drawn through the effectiveness analysis on normal type beam pumping unit CYJ-10-3-63HB using MATLAB and the specific methods of Efficiency Analysis were got. Finally, the energy-saving programs were proposed.New energy-saving pumping were got through changing the four-bar linkage mechanism to gear mechanism and hanging the counterweight at the end of the beam. By calculation, the efficiency of new pumping is improved by 9.01%.The research studies and achievement of this paper can be divided into two aspects text: one is summed up the calculation method of Efficiency Analysis of the transmission system of beampumping unit based on structure analysis, kinematics analysis and MATLAB. The other is proposed energy-saving programs according to the results of Effectiveness analysis and drawn the conclusion that the program is feasible through the calculating of effectiveness analysis.
