In the present of Liaohe Oilfield vigorously promote energy-saving, increase production of environment, how to improve the efficiency of pumping well in order to achieve saving energy consumption has become the most concerned problem of oil production unit. Among them, the energy saving renovation of oil pumping unit has been attracting the attention of the production plant.This paper studies on the conventional ten type beam pumping unit dynamics and equilibrium theory systematically and deeply, so as to provide effective data support for the determination of oil pumping machine improvement measures. The efficiency of oil production of pumping unit are analyzed, found the impact on the efficiency of oil production index, at the same time, according to the data analysis is proposed to improve the efficiency of the method. The balance of oil pumping machine mechanism and energy consumption analysis of the system, the energy saving index.Based on the standard of conventional type ten pumping oil machine dynamics analysis, get the suspension point load and speed reducer net torque, RMS torque, important parameters such as the cyclic load coefficient. According to the comparison and analysis of these parameters, combined with the actual situations, put forward three kinds of improvement measures, and for each scheme is analyzed, finally the field test experiment. After a comprehensive evaluation of the transformation of the pumping test, field operation and so on, and combined with the actual situations, and ultimately determine the balance beam is the best scheme. Reform measures include:increasing the partial balance device, supporting device, regulating the balance of the operating platform; the brake, electric control box position is changed to the side; shortening crank, remove the balance block; the replacement of the motor, distribution box and so on.Field application shows that the system efficiency and energy saving effect of reconstruction has been significantly improved, at the same time, because of the characteristics of the transformation period is short and the cost is low, the technology has high application value and broad application prospects.
