According to the iron & steel market demand tends to be complex, much breed, small lot direction, enterprise large-scale batch production with customer demand of small batch contract is formed between the inevitable contradiction. In order to reduce the impact of this contradiction, iron and steel enterprises planning must be more rational for slab design and matching to improve the enterprise profit and customer satisfaction. First of all, in order to meet the smallest unit of processing capacity, the enterprise will produce a number of excess material, at the same time in the production process of continuous casting of steel, due to relegation, width and small contract, caused a certain amount of not with normal futures contract to match the slab, collectively referred to as non-order slab matching problem. Secondly, the slab is a kind of important semi-finished products, the entire steel production logistics balance have played an important role. For some reason, it will inevitably have some unreasonable slab contract matching relationship. Therefore, in order to improve the utilization rate of the iron & steel enterprises slab, take off unreasonable matching relationship, to meet the flow conditions, the establishment of new pattern, known as the national all-order matching problem. This paper is based on the solution of these two problems. The specific research contents are as follows:(Ⅰ)To minimize the matching cost as the goal (including specifications matching, contract priority and the completion of the contract rate etc.), established to reflect actual slab match model by the mathematical programming model;(Ⅱ)According to the model, put forward key to non-order slab matching problem based on ant colony algorithm and key to all-order slab matching problem based on taboo search algorithm. Two algorithms can quickly obtain a satisfactory solution to the problem.Take the above model and algorithm as the cores, an optimization method which can automatically generate matching scheme and a slab automatic optimization matching system with good man-machine interface of the slab automatic optimization matching system were designed and developed. As a personalized decision support system, which can efficiently, accurately and more real-time of non-order slab automatic optimization matching and matching optimization of all-order slab. The non-order slab part of system can be greatly improved the numbers of contract, while can effectively control and reduce the matching slab shear amount and the contract of excess material. The all-order part of system can effectively improve the matching quality, reduce the shear amount, reduces the amount of excess material and raise the contract completeness and urgent contract completion rate.
