Sucker rod pumping system in oil field at home and abroad is the most widely used way of lifting, the beam pumping unit and conventional hollow plunger pump is pumping unit mainly to the ground and underground equipment. In oil field drilling into the middle, produced fluid volume under 5 t/d low pow and ultra-low well under 2 t/d number has increased dramatically, for beam pumping unit, speed is generally in 4 min-1 above, minimize impact time cannot meet the needs of mining low pow; Common and conventional hollow plunger pump pump diameter is larger, large displacement, most low pow there exists a low pump efficiency, low system efficiency, for serious imbalances, thereby causing the waste of the equipment and energy. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing equipment, recent years,experts developed a variety of low stroke pumping unit with small pump pump diameter, but there is the problem of high energy consumption of the high cost, poor reliability, so the new energy-saving low pow equipment has important theoretical and realistic significance. The research content of this paper mainly includes the following several aspects:(1) Application of belt and pulley as pumping unit driving part, cycloidal pinwheel reducer as a pumping unit reducer, the size of the pulley as the extended range of pumping unit, design a new type of beam pumping unit, it has a low speed, simple structure, low cost, the advantage of high transmission efficiency; By changing the pump flow passage solid plunger pump was designed, which can realize the pump of pump diameter is small;(2) Established a new beam pumping unit suspension point load, polished rod motion(displacement, velocity and acceleration), the longitudinal vibration rod string, reducer input and output torque and motor power output of the simulation model, for pumping unit provides theory basis for dynamic simulation and parameter optimization;(3) Using the theory of mechanical optimization design, the objective function is minimum stroke more than the maximum torque factor, set up a pumping unit organization size optimization design mathematical model; Taking the minimum root mean square torque as objective function, optimization model is established to balance the weight of lag angle;(4) Using Visual Basic 6.0 development the 《no dynamic parameters of the beam pumping unit simulation software》, for evaluating and analyzing the application effects of new equipment, under different liquid producing quantity and gives the optimal swabbing parameters of the equipment.
