High-speed braiding machines are widely used because it could weave reinforcement over internal or external wall of object such as circular tube. There are intense noise and strong vibration when braiding is working, obviously, they make against braiding’ normal work. In order to reduce the vibration and lash, dynamic analysis about rotary system of braiding is made. Then, parameters of vital parts are optimized. Main research as follows:1. Modeling of rotary system about high-speed braiding machine is built. Based on involutes’ expression of gear and processing method of variable gear, parametric model of variable gear is made. According to transmission theory on rotary system of high-speed braiding, virtual prototype of rotary system is built.2. Kinematics and dynamics simulation of rotary system about high-speed braiding machine is executed. According to the characteristics of rotary system about high-speed braiding machine, kinematics simulation of rotary system is executed, compared the result with kinematics parameters solved by matrix algorithm, the result is proved tight. Dynamics simulation of rotary system about high-speed braiding machine, the meshing force curve under different condition is researched; it laid the foundation for the optimization of structural parameters of rotary system.3. According to the characteristics of rotary double planetary gear transmission system about high speed braiding machine, the relationship between the gear modification coefficient and the gear contact ratio is researched, through optimizing the modification coefficient of rotary system about high-speed braiding machine, the gear contact ratio is improved, then vibration when braiding machine working is reduced. Dynamic simulation of rotary system after optimizing is executed, the result is compared with the rotary system before optimizing, it is proved that meshing force curve is more stable, transmission is more stability.4. The influence of gear center position deviation of rotary system about highspeed braiding machine on the stability of transmission is researched. There is angle between line combined sun gear center and inner planet gear center and line combined sun gear center and outer planet gear center, the influence of angle on rotary system dynamic characteristics is analyses.Through dynamic analysis on rotary system of high-speed braiding and optimizing the parameters of vital parts, it gain a new model with new parameters, and the dynamic stability of new model is improved, it turned out that the optimizing is right.
