The panel assembly welding line can achieve rapid response according to requirements of the process from different objects of panel assembly,and further can rapid restructure the new welding line which is suitable for the new object.As an important part of the system,whether the control system can achieve rapid reconstruction maybe directly affect the efficiency of rapid reconstruction of the system.It would be difficult to study the dynamic reconfiguration directly from the beginning owing to the characteristic of reconstructable of the mechanical system of the panel welding assembly line.So it can not only quickly monitor the welding line of the new system,but also lay the foundation for the further implementation of dynamic reconfigurable control system through researched the rapid re-design of the control system,which make the rapid re-design of the control system to adapt to new processing system. The paper researched the question on how to realize rapid re-design form the aspects of the bottom control system、monitor software and real-time communication of network,which combined with the reconfigurable characteristics and requirements of the control system and Mechanical system.Fristly,It designed the overall scheme of re-design of the control system.It proposed the scheme form two aspects of the speed in the process and the stability of running with the analysis of the requirements of reconstruction and the architecture of control system.Secondly,make the speed of the process of re-design as the starting point to research the bottom control system.Frist of all,it put forward strategy of rapid re-design by modules selection and cut with the analysis of modules design and reconfigurable manufacturing system,which realized rapid re-design of control system.And then it put forward the strategy of data allocation of "groups redundancy and items selection" with the analysis of the technology of OPC and the allocation of bottom data,which also realized dynamic re-design of monitor software.Lastly,make the stability of system running after re-design as the starting point to research the real-time communication of the control network.It estimated the TTR to ensure the real-time communication of the network in any combination of re-design with the research of communication between mutil-mater.
