According to the theory of plant nutrition,plant absorption of nutrients by diffusion,mass flow and interception.In the process of crop growth mainly by diffusion absorb nutrients.Therefore,all the nutrients should be supplied near the crop root system in the actual production.Ash material containing potassium elements,were planted in crops sowing period,add a certain amout of potassium element to potassium requirement of crops,to promote crop growth and increase production.China is a country of potash potash scarce,in great demand,rely heavily on imports,resulting in a large number of outflow of funds,therefore,the processing plant ash granular fertilizer,to ease China’s shortage of potash,realize large-scale utilization of biomass resources,improve the ecological environment is of great significance.Domestic and foreign scholars on the nature and function of plant ash has launched a number of studies,But preparation granulated fertilizer plant ash and there is still a certain gap.To this problem,In this paper, starting from the physical and chemical properties of plant ash,Applied analysis of plant ash composition,content, etc,And mixed acid and alkali neutralization liquid(acid-base neutralization liquid/plant ash = 1/20) plant ash ph adjustment;This paper compares the current biomass forming equipment and the advantages and disadvantages of various molding process,determine the moulded granule molding machine for pellet formation test research,the experimental results showed that:when the plant ash material hydration is0.7~0.85 kg,relative humidity is 12.70%~13.58%,can continuously product a certain strength of fertilizer plant ash particles,molding machine does not clog,generate steam and no "shooting" phenomenon;drying principle of the dryer,drying conditions,drying type,select the microwave as drying granular fertilizer test equipment,the experimental results showed that:When the microwave power is 700 w,drying time is 300 s,grain moisture content decreased,strength increasedand particle shape is integrity, the surface does not generate cracks,achieve the best plant ash grain quality,therefore it is the best technology condition for drying ash particles fertilizer.According to the molding and drying process producte 30 bags of ash particles fertilizer,applied and carried out the field test.In this paper, the experimental research work provides the theoretical basis for propulsion manufacturing method of planting ash granular fertilizer, selection equipment of production and drying plant ash granular fertilizer, and a lot of production can relieve the shortage of potash fertilizer in our country.
