In recent years, low-carbon environment has been a considerable degree of attention in the country, w hile promoting the progress of energy-saving technologies. Currently the injection molding machines are in energy efficient, precision molding, low noise, and high automation direction. Injection molding machine is indispensable machinery, its performance largely determines the quality of the product.With the rapid development of hydraulic drive technology, automatic control technology and computer technology, processing equipment system has been greatly improved in the production efficiency and product quality, equipment, energy saving directly impact on the economy and reliability of equipment, so it is particularly important to research the energy-saving equipment.Hydraulic energy-saving technology of injection molding machine is a new technology in the development process of injection molding machines. Hydraulically driven injection molding machines required that pressure and flow changes in the various shaping phase, but domestic injection molding machines are most quantitative pump system and variable pump system, which utilization of its energy is the relatively low. The main goal of this subject is to carry out technological innovation and technological transformation on the basis of original technique, designing the hydraulic configuration scheme is effective, which are servo control system of electrohydraulic proportional load sensitive system, so that the output pow er and the actuator system consumption power, achieving the adaptive adjustment and improving energy utilization efficiency, which has important research significance and good application prospect.The first chapter explains the basic composition of the injection molding machine, and introduces the general principle and production process of injection molding machine. Then elaborating the research status and achievements of the injection molding machine energy saving hydraulic system field in domestic and foreign.The second chapter of this issue is based on the working principle(quantitative pump systems and variable pump system) of traditional two existing systems, analyzing energy consumption, mainly in the run-off and throttling losses, the energy w asted in 38%-68%, at the same time, combining w ith the working principle and the use of performance of the inverter to design a proportional model of electro-hydraulic load sensing system.And the design of electro-hydraulic proportional load-sensing system of mathematical modeling, analyzing of the impact the system stability. An important factor affecting the system are three parameters that are Av, KS, Kq of load sensing valve, so choosing the appropriate load sensing valve is particularly important. Finally, concluded that improved system has motor, high pow er, small starting current, energy-saving features.The main design of second chapter is different from the traditional servo control system, including simple electrical control module, servo controller, certain permanent magnet synchronous servo motor and so on. Mainly overcoming the local closed loop for adjusting, only for a single flow signal or pressure signal controlling, energy saving effect is poor and so on.The forth chapter is the optimized design of the structure of hydraulic integrated valve block, to design the hydraulic integrated valve block through the hydraulic principle diagram examples using Solid Works 3D softw are, and combining w ith ANSYS to simulate the hydraulic principle diagram. In order to ensure the product reliability. Finally making the valve block achieves a high degree of integration and superior performance, in order to achieve optimal design.The main topic in the injection molding machine pow er system for the study, based on improved electro-hydraulic servo control system load and add mine innovative design concept, to improve the original control system, to achieve a good energy saving effect.
