Three-product cyclone classification screen has achieved some fruitful results in the theoretical research and industrial application as a new type of high efficiency fine coal classification equipment. According to problems occurred in three-product cyclone classification screen research, this paper proposes the research on process of leaking screen simulation of three-product cyclone classification screen, gets some relevant conclusions, and provides important guidance for structural parameters improvement and optimization of three-product cyclone classification screen in future.Based on the characterized by structure and principle of three-product cyclone classification screen, the paper proposes hypotheses of process of leaking screen, does force analysis and motion analysis of particle. Then, creates the fluid model of the three product cyclone classification screen by three-dimensional solid modeling software Solidworks and computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT, and completes the fluid model of the three product cyclone classification screen. Finally, by using simulation researched on process of leaking screen of three-product cyclone classification screen.Through simulation analysis of three products cyclone classification screen continuous phase, the basic flow model of three products cyclone classification screen is same with hydrocyclone. However, due to the screening effect of the screen, the internal turbulence effects are much less than the hydrocyclone. So the velocity and pressure of the sieve of three products cyclone classification screen is smaller than the hydrocyclone. The continuous phase screening process is mainly induced by internal and external pressure of the screen, especially static pressure. The effect of tangential velocity for the continuous phase screening process is not obvious.We carry out simulation analysis of three products cyclone classification screen by changing the structure parameters and operating parameters. With the increase of three product cyclone classification sieve entrance flow, every outlet flow rate increase, the screen bottom outlet flow is largely influenced by the change of inlet flow rate, this is due to screen internal and external pressure show exponential growth with inlet flow increasing, increasing the leaking screen of continuous phase. The orthogonal test of three factors and three levels of structure parameters, effects of three factors on outlet flow: diameter of the center pipe > diameter of the underflow > the slot width.Through simulation analysis of three products cyclone classification screen continuous phase with sparse particle, particle trajectory can be obtained. The particle screening process is mainly induced by internal and external pressure of the screen.According to research on process of leaking screen simulation of three-product cyclone classification screen, this research enrichs and develops three products cyclone classification screen, lays a solid foundation for the improvement and optimization of the device structure parameters.
