The three-product cyclone classification screen is a new and efficient fine-grained coal classification compound equipment,which has a very important research value and extensive application prospects.In this thesis,the internal flow field of the threeproduct cyclone classification screen is taken as the research content,and the simulation about the interior flow field of the three-product cyclone classification screen based on different multiphase flow models is analyzed completely,which is helpful for the following study and the application of the equipment.This thesis teases the research progress of three-product cyclone classification screen,especially related to simulation,followed by the work principle of the device and the analysis about its internal major fluid forms,as well as provide the evidence to choosing the appropriate calculation model and boundary conditions for subsequent fluent simulation.The three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks2014 is used to build the interior flow model of three-product cyclone classification screen,then the model is processed by ANSYS ICEM CFD 16.0 software followed by the simulation of the interior flow about three-product cyclone classification screen based on different multiphase flow models.Results about the simulation are analyzed closely from different perspectives.Firstly,the internal flow trajectories of the three-product cyclone classification screen based on different multiphase flow models are taken to analyze the flow motion forms and flow field distributions of the fluid.Then,the distribution law the flow field information(velocity,pressure)in the equipment will be analyzed and compared with the different axial height and different radius.After that,focused on the eulerian model,the change law of flow field at different inlet flow velocities is discussed.Based on the above analysis,the mathematical relationship between the inlet flow velocity and flow volume rate of different outlets is also established.In the end,the applicability of the eulerian model to the simulation about the internal flow field of the three-product cyclone classification screen was verified by using the mathematical relationship,which can provide guidance reference for the process application of this equipment.
