According to relevant statistics, China’s automobile sales were completed13791000and13644800in2009. With the rapid development of automobile industry, automobile industry and energy consumption, the contradiction between the environmental pollution is becoming more and more prominent. The modern automobile is generally divided into parts stamping process, body assembly process, body painting process and assembly process. Auto painting as the automobile production process important link, is refers to the assembly completed bare steel body through a series of chemical anti-corrosion treatment, culminating in the vehicle plate substrate surface including an inner cavity formed of several layers of chemical coatings and related protective medium, its main function is to prevent corrosion and beautify the appearance of the vehicle body sheet. Automobile painting process including pretreatment, electrophoresis coating, electrophoresis grinding, PVC sealing material, coating, paint coating, sanding, finishing varnish painting, baking, report to the point of repair process, threshold of black paint, hollow wax injection, assembly repair etc..Liaocheng has China’s largest automobile speed and three-wheeled automobile production base, the painting industry vigorous development, the main production of raw materials have table transfers, phosphating agent, paint, degreasing agents, solvents and other. Paints and solvents which contains the main components of resin, pigment, alcohol, lipid, hydrocarbon, such as butyl ether. Auto painting is a chemical process, in this process the main discharge painting waste water containing phosphate, oil, paint, pigment, PO43-, paint and a variety of heavy metals, high COD. Such industrial wastewater pollution and toxicity hazard is very big, therefore, how to effectively deal with painting wastewater of automobile of harmful substances, the pollution control in the environment can bear the scope, implement the scientific outlook on development, adhere to the strategy of sustainable development, has become in the automobile manufacturing enterprises in the face of important topics.In general, Painting wastewater treatment process there are two main processes: physicochemical method and physicochemical biochemical method. As a result of automotive paint wastewater high concentration of pollutants, poor biodegradability. Physicochemical treatment method, although simple in principle, less investment, covers less area, but used alone often present effluent standards can not be stability, higher operation cost. With the increasingly stringent emission standards, physicochemical biochemical method instead of pure physical method and become the future of automotive paint wastewater treatment is the main method has be imperative.This topic for a car pantting wastewater Liaocheng specific situation, the process for " coagulation and sedimentation+coagulation and floatation+hydrolytic acidification+contact oxidation ", first through the heavy metal and chemical removal of organic matter, then biochemical treatment, processing results:CODCr to be equal or lesser than100mg/L, SS to be equal or lesser than70mg/L, oil to be equal or lesser than8mg/L, pH=6~9, phosphate (with P measure) to be equal or lesser than1.0mg/L.
