In today’s increasingly fierce competition in metallurgical industry, steel industry processes throughout the entire process requirements more stringent requirements for increasingly high precision sheet metal, sheet metal processing as a top priority-hot links, the degree of automation requirements are rising, wrapper roll zeroing is a key step in the process of winding, but can not tolerate any mistakes.Shougang Jingtang Company as the flagship of the 21st century China, their equipment and equipment level in Asia and around the world are world-class, especially the 2250 hot-rolled production line put into operation since 2008, creating a record number of domestic, fill a number of gaps in coiling, the general operation of the pinch roller system is still relatively stable, the control is also more reliable, but also appeared several times during the failure, mainly in the following areas: (1) the pinch roller calibration is unsuccessful, resulting in the coiler can not be used; (2) Automatic control of the pinch rollers, timing of the pinch roller failure problems causedThis article highlights aspects of the process and coiling equipment features, especially for hot-rolled 2250 Shougang Jingtang production line process control of coiling process using the new technology, new methods are introduced in detail. For the calibration of the pinch roller zeroing sectors studied pinch roller speed control mode to achieve the following functions (1) speed compensation; (2) the pinch roller speed compensation ON/OFF timing; (3) speed control achieved through micro-tension compensation; (4) by the speed control of the upper and lower pinch rollers load balance compensation; (5) load switching control (speed control by compensating); (6) a narrow pull-control.The article also detailed study of the pinch roller position pressure control mode, the clamping force through pinch rollers analysis, the pinch roller automatic mode for in-depth analysis, the successful calibration process timing diagram obtained by statistical analysis of large amounts of data, and make the pinch roller calibration standard curve, completely solve the pinch roller calibration process a series of questions.This makes the current calibration standard curve has been put into actual production, the real production has played a practical significance, has formed a patented invention, reported to the State Patent Office, is the assessment process.
