| In this thesis, the theory of open computer numeric control (CNC) system was discussed according to the ISO open system frame of reference and a open CNC system module was brought forward. PC was used as the upper processor in hardware structure which implement the interaction between the user and computer and complete the data process at the same time.Intel8O88 was used as the lower processor, it perform communication and the process of some Real-time signals. Besides, it allocates the result of data process and sends it to servo device to drive the motor. Visual C++ was the develop tool and the modularization design was adopted. The lower processor software was written in Assembly language. This design has friendly interface and favorable result. |
