The research on cement compression testing machine is one of today's main hot spots in domestic and foreign testing machine fields. In this paper, based on mastering a lot of dynamic information of internal and external cement compression testing machine, analyzing and summarizing a lot of documents, the computer control technology applied to cement compression testing mahcine is researched. A digital controller with the DDC(direct digital control) technology is designed.In addition, the paper discusses the development process of control software. In this process, the software frame is analyzed with the OOA(object oriented analysis) thought and it takes Visual C6.0 as the main development tool. The software product has many merits such as convenient operation, good stability, excellent maintainability and very good performance. The software engineering rules is strictly implemented in the programming, and the good code quality is guaranteed. At last, the difficulties is dicussed and their resolvents is given.Chapter 1, a survey of the importance of cement compression testing machine is given, with the review of history and current status of internal and external testing machine. Then, DDC (direct digital control) is intruduced and the total design scheme is offered. At last, the detailed contents of this research project are presented.Chapter 2, the physical analysis and system identification of the cement compression testing machine are done. At last, the influence of enviroment factors on system performance is analyzed in detail.Chapter 3, firstly, the survey of the PID control strategies development is given. Then, the automatic tunning of fuzzy-PID is analyzed in detail. At last, three methods in this control strategy are researched and the result of simulation about the typical one is given, compared with the pure PID result.Chapter 4, firstly, the status of control sofeware development is introduced. Then, the detailed discuss on the problems in the development is given .Chapter 5 summarizes the paper.
