Open-pit Mine should be planed and with the economic benefits index changing the plan should be changed. To seeking for the general benefits of mining . This paper employs some of operational research, the modern control theory and computer program principles and basic methods. After combining LanYingXu stope, the practical problems have found in augment production stripping-ratio and lower conveying capacity of augment barren rock . The detailed study have been done to control the production stripping ratio ,the economic stripping ratio and optimal limit depth in the exploitation of middle and bottom LanYingXu stope .The economic mathematical model has been established and the application has been built in windows visional system. The optimal result can offer the referenced. Basis for mining production ,for organization and management.The concrete method and reasonable plan are produced for lower production stripping-ratio. The compute simulative exploitation used to offer different data for directive practical production.The author adopted mostly the software engineering to develop the system, and used the popular powerful system software as a tool .The Windows 98 is chosen as its operation platform, Visual Basic 6.0 and AutoCAD 2000 ,the object program system, as a tool, the unction of the system is realized more easily and naturally with the popular style of Windows. This system is rational in design, and stable and reliable in operation, and can meet the requirements of mine production and do very good for rational optimum production in mine enterprises. The resultshave shown that the method has remarkable effects and application prospects.
