The comprehensive utilization of blast-furnace slog containing tiratium is becoming in creasingly necessary in our country, especially in the Pangang groups. In this paper a research has been done for the slag in the west place of the Pangang groups, according to the former experiences achievements, and using a wide variety of techniques and ways of system enjonieering, which is very important for the slag in the west place to fully develop.I .There are seven aspects of the work which have been done or have being done about comprehensive utilization of blast-furnace slag, includling the material for protecting furnace* additives in the cementand in the concrete, the architectural materials, making alloys, dressing raw material of chemitry, compound fretilizer and filtrating medium. The work has been classified into four factors: The results having been transfered to productive force, The results which still have no application, the work being at the stage of industrial and semi-in4ustrial tests and the work at the initial stage.2. According to the review about former work of the slag in PG groups* Some suggestions has been put forward for the comprehensive utilization of the slag.3. The project of live slay place which can restore the ability of accepting slags has been designed. The assessment of the way of utilising blat-furnace slag and the project of produce have been done .It is breakthrough about the ppracticable work of the comprehensive utilization of blast-furnace slag containing titatium.
